Since the early 60`s the Swift family has developed its business, to meet the need's of today's ever changing Construction Industry. By working in partnership with Contractors & Mastic Sealant Manufacturers, we have been able to provide a work-force, that is well rehearsed in the mastic application of quality sealing compounds. At Swiftseal (UK) Ltd mastic applicators we have developed the ability to react to to the needs of our customer's in all sectors of the industry, from large stadiums to maintenance issues. Swiftseal has the infrastructure to deal with all sealant related aspects of a developer's requirements
Mr Steven Swift branched away from the family business in 1988 and created Swiftseal. The core area of trading was in the domestic sector working for companies like Barratt Homes & Beazer Homes. In 1991 saw the expansion of the company with the arrival of Mrs Swift, they where able to develop the business into commercial areas. In 2010 Mr Steven Swift passed over the reigns to his son Adam Swift. Adam hopes to take the company forward and will continue to steadily build on the success the company has achieved over many years.
Competencies:
The unique ARBOMASTER WARRANTY SCHEME is designed to ensure that all sealant work is completed to the highest standards in line with the recommendations provided in the Egan Report "Rethinking Construction". Following the scheme reduces any unnecessary maintenance costs which could occur owing to poor workmanship.
CSCS is demanded as proof of competence by
organisations from across the industry as well as employers, clients
and Government. Swiftseal (UK) Ltd mastic applicators has a 100% certified workforce at
Gold standard level.
Swiftseal (UK) Ltd have a number of PASMA trained operatives, to aid with the Working at
Height Regulations 2005, which require that the assembly, dismantling
or alteration of Mobile Access Towers should only be undertaken by a
competent person, or if being trained, under the supervision of a
competent person.
